Old Gentlemen’s Cabaret was a cult tv show I grew up on. One of its stars – Kalina Jędrusik was such a big influence and inspiration – I loved reading her biography as a young girl. She was sexy, hilarious, bold – definitely larger than life in a post-war, communist Poland. I was really excited to be a part of a huge tribute feature published by Polish edition of Harper’s Bazaar, among a bunch of talented illustrators and photographers.
